For our skilled nursing and assisted living roles, clinicians have autonomous scheduling. You create your own schedule — we don’t assign rigid days or hours.
As long as patient care is delivered consistently, each patient is seen at least twice per month, and new patients are seen within three days, you can decide how your time is structured.
For our hospital rounding, schedules are planned collaboratively. We work with you each month to ensure coverage makes sense, so clinicians know what to expect — no ambiguity, no surprise coverages.
